1. Delivery Timeline

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as efficiently as possible.

  • Minimum Delivery Time: 4 business days
  • Maximum Delivery Time: 8 business days

Please Note:

  • Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not from the order date
  • Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment
  • Once processed, orders are handed over to our trusted courier partners
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once shipped

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most cities and towns across USA.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a full refund.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, depending on location or order value
  • Any applicable charges will be clearly shown during checkout

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

6. Delays & Exceptions

Although we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
