At Al Taha Scent, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for orders placed on altahascent.com.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever occurs first.
After Dispatch:
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

2. Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-packed or specially requested products
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (if mentioned)
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you about the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue.
Eligible cases will receive a replacement or refund after verification.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Allow additional processing time

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
